هدف از این پروژه ارتقاء و توسعه ظرفیت فعالان محلی برای ترویج و مدیریت گردشگری مسئولانه به عنوان منبعی برای حفاظت از میراث فرهنگی، در راستای کمک به ایجاد اشتغال و توسعه پایدار است
