Wikiversity Babel

On your Wikiversity user page, your Babel box is for saying what languages you know. To add a babel box onto your user page, insert {{babel}} and add language codes.

Inside the babel template, after a vertical line, a language code on its own outputs that you are a native speaker of that language (eg: {{babel|en}}). If you add -1 on the end of the language code, it outputs that you are a basic speaker, -2 is intermediate, -3 is advanced and -4 is near-native. You can add up to 1000 languages, separated by a vertical line |.

For example, to say you are a native speaker of English, can speak advanced German and can also speak basic French, use {{babel|en|de-3|fr-1}}.

To specify a custom header, footer, or color add the parameters header=HEADER (default: Babel), footer=FOOTER (default: blank), and/or color=COLOR (default: white). You may also use |align=left to display the babel box on the left side of the screen rather than the default right.

Example: The following example produces the box on the right:
{{Babel|header=My Languages|footer=Wikiversity Babel|color=yellow|el|en|fr-1|de-2|ru-3}}
