Love/En

edit

Goldenburg, you created this page, but Beta is for incubating language Wikiversities, and while there are sometimes English resources here, nobody is really maintaining them and it's off-mission. This was the content of the page:

Love is when someone is pleasurable or tender to something/someone.

And you placed it in Category:Feelings. If you want to start a resource on en.wikiversity on Feelings, perhaps as a subpage of Psychology, though I'm thinking of something elementary, perhaps, you could do that. There is no wikipedia:en:Feelings (it's a disambiguation page). They do have wikipedia:en:Feeling. Love, as you defined it, is a feeling, though there are other meanings, which you hint at with "tender," i.e., someone who loves doesn't just feel something, they also act in a certain way, "loving."

I'm going to request the page be deleted because it isn't appropriate for beta, as a definitional stub in English. But, of course, I don't want you to be discouraged, at all! If you had written more, I'd probably have moved the page to your user space, but you didn't.

Thanks Abd. But I don't work here nor planning on contributing here. All the best as well :-) --Atcovi (talk) 17:31, 8 February 2015 (UTC)Reply
