Hello there out in the space. I have a great problem - I do not know how to put pictures in my articles? how about powerpoint? Can you help??

You may use the syntax [[image:Socrates.jpg|50px|right]], as shown. See also meta:help:images and other uploaded files. Currently wikimedia sites do not support powerpoint. And I don't thing it is going to change.
