@Erkan_Yilmaz: Although I'm not candidate, I want to response. Yes, custodian is no big deal. But custodian tools need small experiences. But If He/She feels the need to use the tools, He/She can request it regardless of experiences. In those days, I thought that He didn't have need and enough experiences. Done A second request was made to stewards following an extended period of this has been left open and unresolved. Rights now assigned.
